10-Week Holistic Support Circle
A nurturing group coaching program designed specifically for women with prediabetes who are ready to take sustainable action — with mindfulness, self-compassion, and the support of a like-hearted community.
This is not a diet plan.
This is a guided journey toward real, lasting lifestyle change — one that honours your body, your pace, and your power.
What’s Included:
Over the course of 10 weeks, you’ll:
✅ Learn how to stabilise blood sugar naturally through holistic tools
✅ Explore the mind-body connection and shift away from shame-based thinking
✅ Cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and a nourishing relationship with food
✅ Understand the impact of gut health, stress, sleep, and movement on glucose and metabolism
✅ Set weekly, personalised action steps — and be lovingly held accountable by a supportive group
✅ Connect with women walking a similar path, so you no longer feel like you’re doing it alone
Each session includes:
🌀 A weekly teaching topic (e.g. glucose regulation, cravings, emotional eating, gut health, mindset)
📝 Space to reflect and share
💛 Gentle accountability check-ins
🧭 Personalised action planning for the week ahead
