Each 60-minute weekly session is held online and includes:
– A short mindfulness practice to ground and connect
– A mini-workshop on a core health topic (e.g., blood sugar balance, gut health, stress, mindset, emotional eating)
– Reflection and discussion around the week’s theme
– Sharing your progress and insights on your personalised action plan
– Gentle group accountability and encouragement from women on the same pathThese sessions are a mix of education, reflection, and support — creating a space where growth feels safe and supported.

Unlike strict diet plans or clinical interventions, this is a holistic program grounded in lifestyle change. There are no calorie-counting or weigh-ins. Instead, we focus on mindset, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and real-life habit change.
As a certified health coach working in a GP clinic, I bring both lived experience and evidence-based tools to help you shift your health gently and sustainably.

This group is about prevention just as much as support.
