Supporting Women in New Zealand & Australia
Based in a GP Clinic in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland)
True well-being isn’t just about weight or willpower — it’s about feeling safe in your body, grounded in your choices, and supported on your health journey.
I’m Jessie Kim, a Holistic Health Coach working in a GP clinic in Auckland with 200 hours of coaching experience.
I support women across New Zealand and Australia who are navigating prediabetes, insulin resistance, and blood sugar imbalances, helping them take empowered, sustainable steps toward long-lasting health.
My passion for this work is rooted in both personal and professional experience.
Growing up, I witnessed my grandfather live with type 1 diabetes. I saw the daily challenges he faced — from blood sugar crashes to strict routines — and the toll it took on his energy and freedom. That experience left a deep imprint. It taught me how precious our health is, and how important early intervention and lifestyle changes are in preventing the progression of diabetes.
Later in life, I found myself on my own journey — struggling with body image, yo-yo dieting, and the guilt of knowing what I “should” be doing but feeling stuck. After becoming a mother and being diagnosed with anxiety and ADHD, I began to understand how trauma and stress had shaped my nervous system and my health.
That’s when I turned toward mindfulness, self-compassion, and radical acceptance. And everything changed.
Today, I help women move away from the cycle of shame and restriction — and toward sustainable health rooted in care, nourishment, and real lifestyle tools. My approach is gentle yet evidence-based, and always focused on helping you feel empowered, supported, and in charge of your health.
Whether you’ve just received a prediabetes diagnosis or simply know something needs to change,
I’m here to guide you with clarity, compassion, and a plan that truly fits your life.
You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s walk this path together — toward a lighter, more energised, and deeply supported version of you.
